Y’all ready to get physical?! Today I’m sharing with y’all my SECRET workout routine and how I maintain a Fit and toned “stripper body”. Like I mentioned in the video, I don’t have a strict/ special diet or workout everyday. Basically this is what has been working for me, I’m not a professional physical trainer but I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to try it out. I just recommend you research the proper way to do each individual workout that way you won’t strain or pull anything. All in all it’s a very effective, fun and easy workout you can do AT home with little to no equipment. Hope y’all enjoy the video!
