- Human body pounds squat (do as a lot of as you can in 1 minute)
- Rest 30 seconds
- Plank for 1 minute
- Relaxation 30 seconds
- Reverse lunges for just one minute
- Rest for 30 secs
- Press ups for 1 moment
- Relaxation for 30 secs
- Burpees for just one moment
